Who We Are?

Our perspective is shaped by experiences as both an operator & investor. Our investing experience ranges from European debt restructurings, primary & secondary market credit investing in the US leveraged loan market to investing and using Web3 DeFi protocols. Our past and continuing operating experience mostly relates to companies we’ve created and run in the healthcare and automotive markets.

We’ll write about what we’re reading, working on and what interests us. Sometimes it’ll be sharing investment opinions on traditional publicly-listed companies, while other times it’ll be an opinion about a Web3 project.

We hope our writing is useful, informative and, when appropriate, entertaining.
